«Բումերանգ» ակցիայի շրջանակներում Ամերիաբանկը ՓՄՁ ոլորտի վարկառուներին առաջարկում է մյուս բանկերից տեղափոխվել իրեն մոտ, փոխարենը վարկային գումարի 1%-ը ետ ստանալու պայմանով

«Բումերանգ» ակցիայի շրջանակներում Ամերիաբանկը ՓՄՁ ոլորտի վարկառուներին առաջարկում է մյուս բանկերից տեղափոխվել իրեն մոտ, փոխարենը վարկային գումարի 1%-ը ետ ստանալու պայմանով

 Ամերիաբանկը հանդես է գալիս ՓՄՁ-ների վարկավորման հատուկ
արշավով, ինչը ՓՄՁ-ներին հնարավորություն կընձեռի օգտվել Ամերիաբանկի կողմից
առաջարկվող վարկավորման նոր առավելություններից: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը
տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, «Բումերանգ» արշավի շրջանակներում հիանալի հնարավորություն
կստանան այն վարկառու ՓՄՁ-ները, ովքեր իրենց վարկը այլ բանկերից կտեղափոխեն
Ամերիաբանկ: Արդյունքում` տեղափոխվող վարկի գումարի 1%-ը Ամերիաբանկը կվերադարձնի
վարկառուին, և վերջինս հնարավորություն կստանա այն տնօրինելու իր հայեցողությամբ:
Ընդ որում, չի գանձվում վարկի տրամադրման համար որևէ վճար, և Բանկը հոգում է
գույքի գնահատման, գրավադրման և պայմանագրերի նոտարական վավերացմանն առնչվող բոլոր
ծախսերը:


 


Աղբյուրի համաձայն,
ներկայացված առաջարկից կարող են օգտվել բոլոր այն վարկառուները, որոնք ունեն
գույքով ապահովված բիզնես վարկ կամ վարկային գիծ (օվերդրաֆտ)`10 մլն-100 մլն ՀՀ
դրամի չափով, եթե առկա է այդ վարկերի պատշաճ սպասարկման առնվազն 3 ամսվա
պատմություն: Արշավի շրջանակներում վարկերը տրամադրվում են նվազագույնը երեք տարի
մարման ժամկետով: Արշավն ուժի մեջ է մինչև սույն թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ը:


 


Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալության, Հայաստանի Բանկերի Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտների
վարկավորման ակտիվությամբ Ամերիաբանկը գտնվում է Հայաստանի առաջատար բանկերի
տասնյակում, 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ ապահովելով 36.5 մլրդ.դրամ ծավալ,
տարեկան աճը`50%: Բանկի վարկային պորտֆելում ՓՄՁ ոլորտի վարկավորման մասնաբաժինը
գերազանցում է 20%-ը: Կորպորատիվ վարկավորման պորտֆելով բանկը հանդիսանում է
համակարգի առաջատարը (150 մլրդ.դրամ, տարեկան աճը` 12%): Զուտ շահույթով բանկը
գտնվում է առաջատարների եռյակում, իսկ ROE և ROA գծով գտնվում է առաջատարների
տասնայակում:
