անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության՝ գերիների «փոխանակման» մասին հայտարարությանը, որակելով այն որպես գռեհիկ
ապատեղեկատվություն:

գտնվում և առևտրով չենք
զբաղվում։ Մենք
խստորեն պահպանում ենք մարդասիրական հումանիտար սկզբունքները և նախապայմաններ չենք ներկայացնում ու ընդունում։ Ուղղակի հարգելով Կարմիր խաչի
կազմակերպության ջանքերը այդ ուղղությամբ՝ պարբերաբար դիմում ենք վերջինիս աջակցությանը ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ քաղաքացիների վերադարձը կազմակերպելու համար։

Ինչպես հաղորդել էր ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը, Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ, Փախստականների և տեղահանվածների հարցերով պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ալի Հասանովը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկել է ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին փոխանակել 5 հոգանոց հայ ընտանիքին և Տավուշի բնակիչ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի դիակը Հայաստանում գտնվող Շահբազ Գուլիևի և Դիլհամ Ասկերովի, ինչպես նաև սպանված Հասան Հասանովի դիակի հետ: Ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ հանդիպել է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կազմակերպության ադրբեջանական ներկայացուցչության աշխատակիցներին, որոնք փոխանցել են իրեն ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի պատասխանը: Լրատվամիջոցը գրել էր, թե, իբր, ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն հայտնել է, թե պատրաստ է փոխանակել 5 հոգանոց ընտանիքին ու Պետրոսյանի դին միայն Հասան Հասանովի դիակի հետ, ինչը ՀՀ ՊՆ մամլո խոսնակը գռեհիկ ապատեղեկատվություն է որակել։
