 Արդեն երկրորդ անգամ մեկնարկել է Ամերիաբանկի ՙԱմերիա Սերունդ՚ ծրագիրը, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում բանիմաց ու վառ անհատականություն ունեցող սկսնակ մասնագետներին իրենց աշխատանքային կենսագրությունը սկսելու ՙԱմերիա՚ թիմի կազմում: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը հաղորդեցին բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, բոլոր այն երիտասարդները, որոնք ակտիվ են, եռանդուն, նպատակասլաց, ցանկանում են մասնագիտանալ բանկային գործում և ստացել են առնվազն բակալավրի աստիճան առաջատար համալսարանների ֆինանսների, տնտեսագիտության, տեխնիկական կամ հումանիտար բնագավառներում, կարող են դիմել ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար:

Ընտրական փուլը հաղթահարելու դեպքում երիտասարդները կանցնեն եռամսյա անվճար վերապատրաստում Ամերիաբանկի փորձառու մասնագետների կողմից: Նշենք նաև, որ վերպատրաստման ամբողջ ընթացքում Բանկը կվարձատրի ծրագրի մասնակիցներին:  Ծրագրի առաջին փուլը նախատեսում է հինգշաբաթյա ուսուցում, որի ընթացքում մասնակիցները կստանան ֆինանսների, տնտեսագիտության, հաշվապահական հաշվառման, մարքեթինգի ու հասարակության հետ կապերի մասին տեսական գիտելիքներ: Նրանք նաև կծանոթանան Ամերիա խմբի պատմությանը, գործարար էթիկային, բիզնեսի վարման փիլիսոփայությանը: Ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլը կտևի յոթ շաբաթ և կներառի գործառնական ուսուցում Ամերիաբանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում և մասնաճյուղերում: Այստեղ արդեն երիտասարդները կարող են կիրառել իրենց ստացած տեսական գիտելիքները, դրսևորել իրենց անհատականությունը, ինքնուրույնությունը, ինչպես նաև թիմում աշխատելու ունակությունը: 

ՙԱմերիա Սերունդ՚ ծրագրի բոլոր փուլերը հաջողությամբ ավարտած երիտասարդներից լավագույնները կստանան աշխատանքի առաջարկ Ամերիաբանկի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում աշխատելու համար:

 Նշենք, որ նախորդ տարվա ՙԱմերիա Սերունդ՚ ծրագրի 30 շրջանավարտներից 27-ը համալրել են ՙԱմերիա՚ թիմը` իրենց հետ բերելով նոր և համարձակ գաղափարներ: Աշխատելով Ամերիաբանկի Մանրածախ գործառնությունների, Կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների սպասարկման, Առևտրային գործառնությունների, Ֆինանսական, Զարգացման, դեպարտամենտներում` նրանք արդեն իսկ աչքի են ընկել իրենց գիտելիքների ու հմտությունների զարգացմամբ:
