HSBC Բանկ Հայաստանը 8 մլրդ.դրամ զուտ շահույթով հանդիսանում է համակարգի 2013 թվականի առաջատարը

 HSBC Բանկ Հայաստանը 8.009 մլրդ.դրամ զուտ շահույթով
հանդիսանում է համակարգի 2013 թվականի առաջատարը, ապահովելով 7.3% տարեկան աճ:
Արդյունքում, բանկի կուտակված շահույթը 2013 թվականին աճեց 26.4%, մինչև 20.1
մլրդ.դրամ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին ավելացրեց ընդհանուր կապիտալը 16.3%, մինչև 41.3
մլրդ.դրամ:


 


Համաձայն բանկի հրապարակած ֆինանսական հաշվետվության,
2013 թվականի արդյունքներով ընդհանուր եկամուտները կազմել են 23.3 մլրդ.դրամ,
ընդհանուր ծախսերը` 13.2 մլրդ.դրամ, ձևավորելով 10.1 մլրդ.դրամ հաշվեկլշռային
շահույթ: Տարեկան կտրվաքծով բանկի եկամուտներն աճել են 7.8%, իսկ ծախսերը` 8.3%,
արդյունքում, նախահարկային շահույթն աճել է 6.3%: Բանկի ընդհանուր եկամուտների
կառուցվածքում տոկոսային եկամուտները կազմել են 81%, տարեկան աճը` 10%: Իսկ
ընդհանուր ծախսերի կառուցվածքում տոկոսային ծախսերը կազմել են 34%, տարեկան աճը`
36.4%:


 


Միայն 2013 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակում բանկի ընդհանուր
ծախսերն աճել են 9.%, մինչև 3.6 մլրդ.դրամ, իսկ ընդհանուր եկամուտները նվազել են
7.9%, մինչև 5.7 մլրդ.դրամ, ինչը նախահարկային շահույթը հաշվետու եռամսյակում
կրճատել է 26.6%, մինչև 2.2 մլրդ.դրամ: Բանկի զուտ շահույթը 2013-ի չորրորդ
եռամսյակում կազմել է 1.6 մլրդ.դրամ, զիջելով երրորդ եռամսյակի ցուցանիշին
30.3%-ով:


 


Բանկի ակտիվները և ընդհանուր պարտավորությունները 2013
թվականին աճել են գրեթե համաչափորեն, համապատասխանաբար կազմելով` 18% և 1832%:
Այսպես, ակտիվները 2014 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին կազմել են 249.4 մլրդ.դրամ, որոնց
տարեկան աճն ապահովվել է հաճախորդների տրամադրված նմանատիպ ծառայությունների և այլ
փոխառությունների ավելացման հաշվին, ապահովելով 153.2 մլրդ.դրամի ծավալ: Դրա հետ
մեկտեղ, բանկի ակտիվներում հաշվետու տարում զգալի աճ է ապահովվել բանկերի և մյուս
ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հանդեպ պահանջների գծով` մոտ 2 անգամ, մինչև 28.2
մլրդ.դրամ: Իսկ պարտավորությունների կառուցվածքում, որոնք հունվարի 1-ին կազմել են
208.1 մլրդ.դրամ, հաճախորդների հանդեպ պարտավորություններն աճել են 17.1%, մինչև
159.2 մլրդ.դրամ, իսկ բանկերի և այլ ֆինանսական կազմակերպութոյւնների հանդեպ
պարտավորությունները` 21.2%, մինչև 40 մլրդ.դրամ:


 



Նշենք,
որ HSBC Բանկ Հայաստանի կանոնադրական կապիտալը 2014 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին կազմել
է 18.4 մլրդ.դրամ, առանց տարեկան փոփոխության: Բանկի բաժնետերերն են HSBC Europe B.V-ն` 70% և Wings Establishment-ը` 30%: Բանկը բավականին ակտիվ
է առևտրի ֆինանսավորման հատվածում, սակայն, ոչ պակաս ակտիվ է նաև տնտեսության
վարկավորման մյուս հատվածներում (հիմնականում, ՓՄՁ, առևտուր, արդյունաբերություն,
շինարարություն), տրամադրելով նաև սպառողական վարկեր:
