Armenian experts` delegation pays two-day visit to Kyiv 

ArmInfo.A delegation of Armenian experts left for Kyiv on a two-day visit. The purpose of the  visit is to strengthen the relations between Armenia and Ukraine in a challenging geopolitical climate.

The visit was organized by the NV Media Holding, the "Free Citizen"  Civic Initiatives Support Center and the Embassy of Armenia in  Ukraine. The delegation took part in a roundtable discussions and  held meetings with representatives of the media, business and  officials.

The roundtable discussions on regional cooperation brought together  Armenian and Ukrainian experts to discuss issues of strengthening  multi-level relations between the two countries. The participants  emphasized the importance of recognizing and implementing mutual  interests, intensifying bilateral contacts on various platforms, and  rebooting cooperation within the Eastern Partnership.

The importance of developing Armenian-Ukrainian economic ties in  accordance with the goals of Armenia's European integration was also  indicated.

The need for Ukraine to play a more active role in ensuring regional  stability in the South Caucasus was emphasized. The need for the  immediate appointment of the Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia was also  noted.

The delegation also attended the American Chamber of Commerce  reception, where they met with Ukrainian government officials and  business leaders.

During meetings with the leadership of the League of Industrialists  and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce  and Industry, the following opportunities were discussed: stimulating  economic relations between Armenia and Ukraine, developing supply  chains, branching trade routes connecting Armenia and Ukraine.

The role of the Armenian community of Ukraine in the development of  economic cooperation was also discussed.

Following the visit, the Armenian Embassy in Ukraine organized a  final reception for the delegation and Ukrainian experts, confirming  their commitment to deepening Armenian-Ukrainian relations.
