ArmInfo.The Russian Embassy in Armenia issued a statement on the second anniversary of the Artsakh 44-Day War.
"On the day of commemoration of the beginning of the tragic events of 2020, together with the Armenian people we mourn the memory of the dead, express condolences to their families, and wish health and recovery to those wounded. Russia has taken and will continue to take all necessary steps for the complete implementation of the trilateral agreements reached in 2020 and 2021 between the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. We are convinced that all disputes between the parties can and must be resolved exclusively through political and diplomatic means," the Russian embassy said in the statement.
The EU Delegation to Armenia left the following Twitter message:
"Today we join Armenians in mourning for those who died on 27 September 2020 and on the following days and years. The loss of so many young lives has caused deep sorrow and bereavement. We pray for them and hope that this will never be repeated."
