ArmInfo. When we say that the Russia's proposal on the demarcation and delimitation of borders is acceptable to us, this does not mean that it is fully consistent with our own vision. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this, answering questions from media and public organizations. "By accepting this proposal, we want to show that we are ready to follow the path of finding solutions," he explained.
The Prime Minister did not disclose any details, explaining that such a position could nullify all previously implemented work, including diplomatic work. At the same time, the head of the Armenian government noted that there are no secrets and significant differences in content in comparison with the previously submitted proposals from the Russian side. "If this proposal was 100% consistent with our vision, it means that Azerbaijan will not agree with this. We have to come to some kind of an averaged version," Pashinyan said. According to the Prime Minister, Russia is currently trying to find an average between the proposals voiced by the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides. In this regard, he expressed gratitude to the country's leadership, the heads of the foreign policy and defense departments of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, he noted that work around this issue is being carried out intensively on a daily basis.
