According to the official website of the Armenian government, the relevant decisions were signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on October 21.
It should be noted that Candidate of Economic Sciences Varos Simonyan took the post of Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia on August 22, 2019. Prior to that (2015-2019), he worked as Trade Attache of the Republic of Armenia in the European Union, in 2011-2015. - Trade Representative of the Republic of Armenia in the European Union. From 2002 to 2011, he held various positions in the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.
