ArmInfo.Hamlet Batikyan was relieved of his post as Secretary General of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures. The corresponding decision, according to the official website of the government, was signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on August 3.
Hamlet Batikyan was appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures on April 30, 2020. Previously, he served as Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures. By another decision of the head of government on August 3, Liana Ghaltaghchyan was relieved of her post as deputy head of the prime minister's staff. Ghaltaghchyan was appointed by Pashinyan's decision on June 21, 2018.
