Khachaturov   dismissed from post of commander of 3rd Army Corps

ArmInfo.By the decree of Armenia's President Armen Sarkissian Grigory Khachaturov  has been dismissed from the post of commander of the 3rd Army Corps. The  corresponding decree was published on the website of the head of  state.

To note, the media have been spreading information for several months that Khachaturov's contract will not be extended. According to the  same media, acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan removes Khachaturov  in order to be able to calmly transfer the territories of Armenia in  the Tavush region to Azerbaijan. Let us also note that Khachaturov is  one of the few military men who openly expressed his disagreement with  the actions of the Armenian authorities, including the situation at  the borders. To note, this is not the first time that high-ranking  Armenian military personnel with a serious knowledge of military  affairs and experience of participation in the war have been  dismissed from their posts.
