"What we see in Armenia worries us extremely. It is very important that all parties remain calm. We call for restraint, we also call for an inclusive dialogue to de-escalate tensions and resolve political contradictions," Stephane Dujarric said, RIA Novosti reported.
"This should be done with full respect for the constitution and the democratic process," he added.
The North Atlantic Alliance also reacted to the situation in the RA.
