ArmInfo. "Our priority for the further implementation of the trilateral statement of November 10 is the full implementation of paragraph 8 of the statement," Armenian  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.  

According  to him, there should be a full exchange of prisoners, hostages and  other detainees, as well as the bodies of the dead soldiers. "It is  also important for us to conduct extensive search and rescue  operations in the combat zone," the head of the Armenian government  added.

 He also pointed to another point of the statement, which  provides for the unblocking of all economic and transport  infrastructure in the region. This, according to Nikol Pashinyan,  means both cargo transportation and transport communication of  Armenia through the territory of Azerbaijan to Russia and the Islamic  Republic of Iran, as well as cargo transportation and transport  communication of Azerbaijan through the territory of Armenia to  Nakhichevan.

 "Once again I draw your attention to the fact that the  statement of November 10 does not contain the phrase" corridor "in  relation to Meghri or any territory of the Republic of Armenia. The  choice of communication routes from Armenia to Russia and from  Azerbaijan to Nakhichevan is a separate topic for discussion, for  effective implementation of which an important condition is the  exchange of prisoners, hostages, other detainees, as well as the  bodies of the dead soldiers, an increase in the effectiveness of the  search for the missing, "the RA Prime Minister said.

To note, on January 11, a trilateral meeting of the leaders of  Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan is to be held in Moscow. A day  earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev proposed to create a  corridor connecting Nakhichevan with the western part of Azerbaijan,  which, he said, was positively received by the presidents of Russia  and Turkey.

The opening of the transport corridor will lead  Nakhichevan out of the blockade. "At the moment, concrete work is  underway to open the Nakhichevan corridor. I do not want to be ahead  of the events, but the opening of this corridor is reflected in a  joint statement signed on November 10. Therefore, the corridor will  definitely open, which will create new opportunities in the region.  This road will be used by both Azerbaijan and Turkey, Russia, Armenia  and Iran. This road will be of particular importance for multilateral  cooperation, "Aliyev said.
