ArmInfo.. The Aurora Humanitarian Initiative has launched its new Aurora Community program, following a thorough assessment of the Aurora Humanitarian  Network and its key areas of work. The Aurora Community will bring  together and support dedicated people from all over the world who  carry out critical activities at the local level.

According to the press service of the initiative, before the launch  of the project, a detailed questionnaire was developed for potential  members of the Aurora Community, designed to ensure that the new  program will meet their real needs. Aurora plans to actively support  the members of the program, connecting them with each other in  accordance with the line of activity, facilitating the exchange of  experiences and promoting the projects of the participants on their  own platforms.

The new program will also involve the initiative's links with  international humanitarian actors and will become an important tool  allowing Aurora to continue to attract specialized experts, speakers  and partners who are actively involved in numerous projects of the  initiative, including the Aurora Dialogues and the Artsakh  humanitarian aid program. , as well as her larger project, within  which it is planned to invite humanitarian leaders to the region.

The Aurora Humanitarian Initiative, created on behalf of all  survivors of the Armenian Genocide and as a token of gratitude to  their saviors, is transforming this experience into a global  movement. Launched on the International Day of Commemoration of the  Victims of the Crime of Genocide, Honoring Their Dignity and  Preventing This Crime, the Community Aurora Program will catalyze  future change and support humanitarian workers on the ground through  online groups, peer education, expert workshops, specialized content.  participation in the Aurora Dialogues and other projects of the  initiative, as well as promoting the humanitarian agenda in Aurora's  own media channels.  <Through the Aurora Community program, activists  like me will have the opportunity to communicate, learn, share  knowledge and information with a wide range of experts, like-minded  people and contemporary heroes at the global level. I expect the  project will enable me to develop and accelerate my work on women's  advocacy and youth empowerment and to build a sustainable foundation  for it>, said Shad Begum, Executive Director of the Association for  Behavior and Knowledge Transformation (ABKT) and a member of the  Aurora Community.

By seeking solutions to specific problems on the ground, participants  Aurora Communities give a chance to a new life for those who need  this more than anyone else. The year the Aurora Humanitarian  Initiative celebrates its fifth anniversary, the Aurora Community  program will present  outstanding modern heroes, the opportunity to  use the Aurora Humanitarian Network created over the years to develop  their projects on a variety of topics, from gender equality and human  rights to quality education, child protection, peace and justice.
