ArmInfo.The court session on the case of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian and other accused has been postponed, the lawyers of the second president of Armenia reported.
The next hearing on the case will take place on December 8 at 1:00 pm. Judge Anna Danibekyan postponed the hearing due to the absence of lawyer of the former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan Karen
Mezhlumyan. Mezhlumyan had previously notified the court that he would not be able to appear at the hearing.
To note, the second President Robert Kocharyan is accused of overthrowing the constitutional order in Armenia within the framework of the March 1, 2008 events.
