ArmInfo."This war must become an absolute and irreplaceable priority for each of us, and we will win," Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in his  address to the people.

In his words, it has been a month since the  Turkish-Azerbaijani-terrorist groups have been waging a war against  Artsakh and all Armenians. During this period of time, thousands of  shells and missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, tanks, helicopters,  planes were used against the Defense Army and the inhabitants of  Artsakh. Azerbaijanis, terrorists, mercenaries, special  Turkish-Pakistani units are participating in the war. The war has  entered a phase where every second of its continuation destroys the  enemy's illusions. The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan  fed its people with so many victorious news that for a long time,  every day, every minute, every second they were waiting for news of  the fall of Artsakh, their final and irreversible victory. However,  the Azerbaijani society will not receive this news, and the endless  expectation of this news will ruin the plans to conquer Artsakh. The  people of Artsakh, the Armenian people, all the Armenians will fight  mercilessly for every tree, every stone, every centimeter and every  millimeter, and a counterattack at the right moment will lead to the  destruction of the enemy. To achieve this moment, it is necessary to  cooperate in every possible way with the Artsakh Defense Army. This  requires consolidation of effort and discipline. In times of war, the  logic of unquestioning execution of orders should operate. Those who  do not follow orders, who question them, should be held accountable  and publicly contempt. Nothing should be an excuse for them, because  the fate of the Motherland and the people is at stake, and the loss  of Artsakh or the expulsion of the Armenians cannot be allowed.

"I know that my speech yesterday caused a lot of conflicting  assessments. And to be honest, it doesn't seem strange, I'm happy  about it. The speech pursued two goals: to show the international  community the constructiveness of the Armenian parties, as well as  the determination of the Armenian people in the struggle for the  rights of Artsakh. Both problems are completely solved in a fairly  effective way. The challenge is to turn the energy of yesterday's  talk into a concrete challenge. Everything for the sake of Artsakh !  This is the logic that should work these days. The entire system of  public administration is working to eliminate organizational gaps, to  increase the effectiveness of the actions of each unit. Our  capabilities are not limitless, but the Defense Army has enough  weapons and capabilities to meet the challenges it faces. Yes, we  have many enemies in the world, but we also have friends who will  stand up and support us in difficult times. Thank you, the Armenian  people will never forget this attitude, "the RA Prime Minister said.

He added that especially against this background, it is necessary to  strengthen the will, to nurture determination, to materialize the  decision to protect the right of the people, the Armenians of  Artsakh, to self-determination. During this war, the perception of  the Karabakh conflict in the world has changed significantly. Major  international players now recognize and openly declare that  Azerbaijan and Turkey are aggressive. The fight against terrorists  and mercenaries by Azerbaijan is already a proven fact in the world.  This became possible, including as a result of due diplomatic work.  "Azerbaijan both earlier and now is not ready for compromises. And  this fact at the international level legitimizes the right of the  Armenian people to fight to the end, to achieve victories and enjoy  victories. We are not afraid of anything. We will not allow any  internal or external force to sow doubt in our free and happy future,  "the head of the Armenian government said.
