ArmInfo.The Investigative Committee of Armenia considers the issue of appeal to the International Criminal Court. Rafael Vardanyan, the head of the criminal-legal department of the IC, stated this during a press conference.
He noted that criminal cases were instituted on the facts of Azerbaijan's aggression against Artsakh and Armenia.
"We periodically transfer the new data that we have to the European Court of Human Rights. This data also includes facts regarding the inspection of the scene and photographs taken from there. The issue of applying to the International Criminal Court is currently being discussed in the IC, however, the final decision on this issue is not yet available, "Vardanyan noted.
The head of the criminal-legal department stressed that Armenia is not a member state of the International Criminal Court, however, we still have the right to appeal to this court.
