According to him, the main topics of the talks, which will begin today at the level of deputy foreign ministers, will be events in Syria and Libya. "The problem of Nagorno-Karabakh has nothing to do with Russian-Turkish cooperation in Syria," Vershinin said.
To note, however, that the topic of Syrian mercenaries from the zone in Syria controlled by Turkey and their transfer to Karabakh for the war with the Armenian forces has been confirmed at various levels, including the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.
