ArmInfo. Citizens with chronic respiratory illnesses may not wear a mask outdoors. Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Commandant Tigran Avinyan signed the corresponding decision.
According to the decision, patients with chronic respiratory diseases (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema or bronchitis) in the presence of severe respiratory failure, as well as people with chronic heart failure of the 3rd and 4th functional class, may not wear a mask outdoors in the case of the availability of a medical document confirming the diagnosis.
The decision comes into force on 23 July 8 of the current year.
