So, according to the RA Traffic Police, in order to increase traffic safety and prevent traffic accidents, on the roads of Yerevan, where the maximum speed limit for vehicles is set at more than 60 km / h, from July 18, 2020 it will be changed. As a result of the above changes, the maximum driving speed on all such roads will be set at 60 km / h.
According to the report, this applies to road sections: Isakov Avenue, Tbiliss Highway, Monte Melkonyan, st., Acharyan st., David-Bek st., Myasnikyan Avenue, Saralanj Avenue, Ashtarak Highway. Thus, as a result of the above changes, the driving speed on the roads of the capital will be set at 60 km / h.
