ArmInfo. The trial in the case of the head of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan against the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan was postponed - Tovmasyan's representatives did not appear at the meeting. The next meeting in this case will take place on May 19 at 11:00am.
The ArmInfo correspondent reports about this from the scene.
It should be noted that Hrayr Tovmasyan demanded that the Prime Minister apologize to him for public slander. During a press conference in the city of Kapan, Nikol Pashinyan said that the head of the Constitutional Court offered his services to the prime minister. In response to this statement, Tovmasyan demanded to provide evidence of this information.
After which, the Prime Minister presented as a proof the pen that was given to him by Hrayr Tovmasyan. Pashinyan noted that on these days the head of the Constitutional Court addressed him with this proposal. "The devil is in the details," Pashinyan emphasized. After that, Tovmasyan sued the Prime Minister of Armenia.
