ArmInfo. During the revolution, we did not allow foreign political forces to participate in this process. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a discussion at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation on February 13.
<During political changes and processes in Armenia no external forces were involved. This was a matter of principle for our political team. During the revolution, we also did not allow any foreign political force to participate in this process>, Pashinyan emphasized.
According to him, the above processes proceed from the desires of the Armenian people. <This means democracy, the rule of law, protection of human rights, good governance, transparency. Therefore, democracy in Armenia has deep foundations, it proceeds from the ideas of our people, mentality and culture. This is the most important guarantee, and the Republic of Armenia today will also continue to remain a democratic state. I hope that all our international partners will support our country and our people in continuing this important process, as well as in strengthening institutional democracy in Armenia>, the Prime Minister noted.
