ArmInfo.Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that the increased number of deaths of military personnel in the NKR are related to the negative impact of the criminal subculture. The prime minister said this on February 12 from the rostrum of the parliament.
According to him, in connection with these cases he held a meeting with the participation of Minister of Defense David Tonoyan and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia Artak Davtyan. "Apparently, any incident is a serious problem for us. We must understand where the roots of this problem come. In particular, we can observe how our children communicate with each other on the street," the prime minister emphasized.
Pashinyan stated that a criminal subculture has been planted in Armenia for years, which has its negative impact on civilized communication between military personnel. This, in turn, leads to hazing, and sometimes, it all ends fatally.
It should be noted that on January 30, a soldier Vahram Avagyan died from a gunshot wound in the Artsakh Defense Army. Moreover, today, in unclear circumstances, two servicemen Tigran Mkhoyan and Tigran Manvelyan received a gunshot wound.
