ArmInfo.A Traffic Police officer who wrote a fine for violating traffic rules to a high-ranking official will be encouraged. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan reported this on his Facebook page.
So, according to Pashinyan, the acting head of the Armenian Police Arman Sargsyan reported that one of the high-ranking officials called him and thanked for the fact that the Traffic Police officer stopped his car for traffic violations. "Despite the fact that he (the road patrol., Ed.) recognized the high-ranking official, nevertheless, he fined him," Pashinyan wrote.
"Having learned about this story, I ordered the acting head of the Police to encourage the Traffic Police officer, who wrote a fine to a high-ranking official for violating traffic rules," the RA Prime Minister concluded.
