On September 26, Deputy Chief of the General  Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Major General Andranik Makaryan  said this in an interview with reporters on the sidelines of the  Ararat-Antiterror-2019 exercise, referring to the situation at the  front line and the activation of the enemy.

At the same time, he assured that enemy provocations and sabotage are  a reality of the everyday life of the Armenian military. "For us this  is a common occurrence. We are obliged to carry out combat missions  in any conditions. As for today's exercises, they testify that the  task of ensuring the physical security of Armenia and the Armenian  people is entrusted not only to the Ministry of Defense, but also to  the NSS, the police, and the Ministry of Emergencies and all other  competent authorities. In this regard, I want to thank all the  participants, officers and soldiers, " Makaryan said.
