The march is accompanied by police officers. To note today the Criminal Court of Appeal chaired by Judge Armen Danielyan allowed the Prosecutor General's Office to review the verdict of the court of general jurisdiction regarding the change of preventive measure against the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, accused of overthrowing the constitutional order, from arrest to release on personal guarantee. This means that by the decision of the Court of Appeal, Kocharyan will be arrested again. In addition, the Criminal Court of Appeal granted the second part of the petition of the Prosecutor General's Office to review the decision of the judge of the court of general jurisdiction David Grigoryan to suspend the proceedings on March 1 and appeal to the Constitutional Court. This decision means that the trial on March 1 will be resumed.
