ArmInfo.Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on establishment of an Anti-Corruption Policy Council, the official website of the RA Government e-gov.am. reports.
The decision regulates the issues of forming the composition of the Council, the order of its activities and inclusion into the membership of public organizations on a competitive and rotational basis, and also the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated April 12, 2015 N 300-Ќ is recognized as invalid. According to the document, the Council on anti-corruption policy may include: Prime Minister of Armenia - Chairman of the Council, Deputy Prime Minister (in charge of the sphere), Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Minister of Justice, Deputy Minister of Justice (in charge of the sphere). Next, the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council (agreed), the Prosecutor General of Armenia (agreed), the Chairman of the Commission of High Officials (agreed), the Ombudsman (agreed), the Chairman of the State Legal Commission of the National Assembly (agreed), one representative from the factions of the parliament (agreed), 5 representatives of civil society (agreed).
