ArmInfo.Under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a regular meeting of the Security Council of Armenia was held. Greeting those present, the Prime Minister, in particular, noted: in front of the country.
"It should be noted that after our previous meeting, unfortunately, the situation around Armenia has not only not been discharged, but, on the contrary, certain processes are taking place that cause us to be more vigilant about the challenges facing the country. In the agenda of today's meeting there are current issues relating to the regional situation, as a result of which our decisions should serve as appropriate management of security challenges. Of course, I am sure that we will be able to find the necessary tools in order to avoid additional risks and manage them. The security of Armenia and Artsakh is a priority for our government. And in this direction we must discuss and solve not only current, medium-term, but also strategic, long-term tasks. Such discussions, of course, unfold not only in the format of the Security Council, but also in the political environment, in the formats of various government workshops. But, of course, the Security Council is the body in which the results of all these discussions should be summarized and transformed into concrete practical solutions. I wish success to our today's work, expecting not only the adoption and implementation of concrete decisions, but also the development of concrete roadmaps". At the meeting, the Security Council discussed a wide range of issues related to security.
