On April 8, the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan decided to arrest Ghazaryan.
Already on April 9, the company made a statement in which it reported that due to the arrest of Spike's director and, as a result of statements by government agencies and officials about the alleged charges, commercial banks had begun to recall credit provided to the company, accounts could also be frozen companies, and may be seized on the property, including trucks, which are under bail. The company is associated with the family of the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, who is also currently under investigation. There are no official data on who the ultimate beneficiary of Spayka is.
