ArmInfo. The SIS deny the motion of the "Citizen's Decision " party to initiate a criminal case against the head of the Prosperous Armenia Party, MP and entrepreneur Gagik Tsarukyan. Press secretary of the Special Investigative Service Marina Ohanjanyan reported this.
According to her, the criminal case will not be opened due to the absence of corpus delicti.
To note, the "Citizen's Decision" party sent a statement to Prosecutor General of Armenia Arutur Davtyan and President of Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan in which it was asked to initiate criminal proceedings against the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, MP Gagik Tsarukyan. Representatives of the party noted that based on a number of statements by Tsarukyan, it turns out that he, despite being a deputy, continues to engage in entrepreneurial activities, which is against the law. Representatives of the party are asking to clarify the case, and if these suspicions are confirmed, deprive Tsarukyan of his mandate and investigate the case in detail.
