ArmInfo. Extra-parliamentary forces may or may not trust Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The main thing is that the people trust him, in any case, his majority. Aram Sargsyan, chairman of the Republic Party expressed a similar opinion to ArmInfo.
"Considering the great importance that I attach to the joint political and social processes with the participation of Armenia and Artsakh, I assess as unacceptable any attempt to oppose Artsakh and Armenia at any level. Meanwhile, exactly such an attempt was actually a forum held Armenia-Artsakh Alliance ". Such an opposition means that we did not draw conclusions and did not draw lessons from our recent past," he stressed.
In this light, the politician is convinced of the need for full and mutual coordination of the positions of the leadership of Armenia and Artsakh. In his opinion, no one and first of all in Baku should see that Yerevan is rejecting something that Stepanakert is proposing. The latter, in turn, needs to clarify and coordinate its proposals with Yerevan, at least in order not to hear a public refusal. Sargsyan stressed that the holding of such forums, in general, is very positive. People need to share mutual approaches, but not with the aim of developing a confrontation between the authorities of Armenia and Artsakh. "In the end, the Armenian authorities act with the approval of the absolute majority of people. I also agree with Pashinyan far from all issues, but I put this disagreement as the basis of the confrontation. And I urge everyone to do the same in Artsakh In the end, the more the public trusts the authorities, the more it will demand from it. However, artificially pushing and stimulating such processes, especially in Artsakh, is a big mistake, "Sargsyan concluded.
