ArmInfo.Finland has ratified the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), Finnish Foreign Ministry informed on its Twitter page. "We are pleased to announce that Finland has ratified the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement. CEPA will deepen relations between the EU and Armenia and will benefit the citizens of Armenia and the European Union," the Finnish Foreign Ministry wrote.
To note, already almost half of the EU member states have ratified CEPA. After the agreement is ratified by all the EU countries, its full application will become possible. To recall, from June 1, 2018, the partial application of the agreement signed between Yerevan and Brussels in 2017 has already begun.
