To recall, on April 10, Macron signed a decree, which officially proclaimed in France the day of memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. This step of Macron provoked a negative reaction from Ankara, which recalled France and the Tutsi Genocide in Rwanda and the years of colonization.
