"Armenia adheres to the absolutely correct position, one should not even allow thoughts about forgetting this terrible crime. It is Armenia's position regarding its own history, respect for the memory of ancestors paved the way for its formation as a nation, with identity and statehood," Nadein-Rayevsky said, adding that he fully supports the vector that Armenia is pursuing in this matter.
At the same time, he stated that the issue of material reimbursement of the consequences of this crime also plays a serious role in the issue of recognition of the Armenian Genocide by Turkey. "It is profit that plays a decisive role for Turkey in any matter," he concluded.
