ArmInfo.On March 22, political consultations were held in Kiev between the ministries of foreign affairs of Armenia and Ukraine at the level of deputy foreign ministers. During the consultations, the delegations headed by Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Ukraine Shavarsh Kocharyan and Vasil Bodnar discussed the prospects for enhancing cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats, highlighting a number of issues of the regional and international agenda of mutual interest.
The parties discussed in detail the prospects for deepening trade and economic ties between the two countries, strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as expanding the legal field.During the meeting, the importance of regular consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs at different levels and between different departments was stressed, a draft program of consultations was considered, which will soon be signed by the ministers of foreign affairs of Armenia and Ukraine.
