ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan considers the talk about the need to revise the Constitution of 2015 premature. He stated this on March 19 at a press conference.
According to the Prime Minister, there are many issues that are relevant today and are related to the need for legislative changes. In particular, there are conversations aimed at revising the legislative qualification of citizenship for Armenians by nationality and "high standard" specialists, but with citizenship of another country in order to attract them to the civil service.
Many also raise the question of the need to return to the presidential form of government. Such initiatives, according to the head of government, are premature, and before embarking on them, you should sit down and weigh all the pros and cons.
At the same time, Nikol Pashinyan does not exclude such a possibility in the future, since the Constitution is a living organism, which can change and improve over time.
