ArmInfo.Armenia does not propose at all to change the format of the Karabakh settlement, as it is exaggerated inside and outside the country. The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said this at a press conference.
According to him, those who believe that Armenia proposes to change the format of the settlement means that he is not familiar with the negotiation process. "Initially, at the dawn of the negotiation process, it was fixed that representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh should take part in them. Subsequently, three parties to the conflict - Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia and Azerbaijan, also signed a cease-fire agreement. After that, in various international documents, settlement, it was emphasized that the conflict has three parties. So, we do not offer anything new in this regard, "Pashinyan stressed.
Further, the Prime Minister noted that everyone knows who is guilty of ousting Artsakh from the negotiation process, and he will not mention names now.
