"The priorities of our foreign policy are absolutely open: it is building confidence, fighting common threats for the whole world, expanding cooperation in the economy, trade, education, culture, science and technology, removing barriers to communication between people. It is on this basis that we work in UN, as well as in the Commonwealth of Independent States. At the sites of the Group of 20, BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, "the Russian leader said, adding that Moscow, together with integration partners, will continue to form common markets, strengthened be external relations of the Eurasian Economic Union, including will implement the decisions already taken on pairing with the Chinese initiative "One belt - one way" as a passage to the creation of a large Eurasian Partnership. The Russian leader also stated that Russia's equal and mutually beneficial relations with China today serve as an important stabilizing factor in world affairs, in providing security in Eurasia, providing an example of fruitful cooperation in the economy.
