ArmInfo. The Government of Armenia has legally secured its right to hold meetings in open mode. The decision was taken on November 15 at the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
As Acing Minister of Justice of Armenia Artak Zeynalyan stated, henceforth, meetings of the executive body will be held in an open mode, and only in exceptional cases behind closed doors.
To note, on April 30, during the march, then the head of the "Make a Step" protest movement Nikol Pashinyan stated that his first and symbolic decree, if elected to the post of Prime Minister of Armenia, would be the repeal of the sensational law on holding meetings of the Armenian Cabinet behind closed doors.
