ArmInfo."A month ago, when I was in Armenia, I had an opinion that there changes are possible only "from above." But I was mistaken: what happened could be called a  "storm," said a senior researcher of the US expert- analytical center "Carnegie Europe Foundation" Thomas de Waal. He also noted that "Armenia is a classic example of a society that is so unfree that people are annoyed, but so free that they have the opportunity to protest, it's not Russia," he stated.
