Such an opinion was expressed on September 15 at  a press conference in Yerevan by former deputy, political scientist,  co-chairman of the public international forum Israel-Armenia  Alexander Tsinker, commenting on the possibility of achieving  progress in recognizing the Armenian Genocide especially in the light  of the visit of the Vice Speaker of the Knesset to Armenia.
