ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր խորհրդարանի նիստում կրկին
հանդես է եկել Սյունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնում վերանշանակված Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի
հասցեին հրապարակային մեղադրանքներով` տարբեր ծանր հանցագործություններ կատարելու
համար:


 


«Դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ ես այս ամբիոնից ներկայացրեցի
փաստեր, որոնք վկայում էին, որ Սուրիկ Խաչարյանն անձամբ մեղասակից է գործարրա
Ավետիք Բուդաղյանի սպանությանը` Գորիսում իր տան մոտ քրեական պարզաբանման ժամանակ:
Բացի այդ, ես ներկայացրել էի ապացույցներ, որ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանն
անձամբ թաքցրել էր այդ փաստերը քննությունից: Ավելին, ԶԼՄ-ներում բազմիցս հայտնվել
են հրապարակումներ, որոնք վկայում են Խաչատրյանի և նրա ազգականների տարբեր ծանր
հանցագործությունների մասին: Իսկ այժմ` հարց ԱԺ խոսնակ Գալուստ Սահակյանին. ինչի՞
էր  ձգտւոմ ՀՀԿ-ն` այդ հանցագործին
վերանշանակելով Սյունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնում», - հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը:


 


Ի պատասխան` ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը Փաշինյանին
խնդրել է ներկայացնել իր մեղադրանքների իրավական ապացույցներ: «Հակառակ դեպքում`
Ձեր հայտարարությունները ինքնանպատակ են և պոպուլիստական բնույթ են կրում», - նշել
է Սահակյանը:


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ 2013 թվականին Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը Սյունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնից հեռացվել էր իր տան մոտ տեղի ունեցած արյունալի միջադեպի հետևանքով, որի ժամանակ սպանվել էր ձեռներեց Ավետիք Բուդաղյանը, իսկ նրա եղբայրը` ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի գնդապետ Արտակ Բուդաղյանը, վիրավորվել էր: Միջադեպին
մեղսակից էին Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի որդին ու թիկնապահը, սակայն նախաքննությունը նրանց անմեղ համարեց, և գործը կարճվեց:


 



Խաչատրյանի և նրա ազգականների անունները հիշատակվում են
բազմաթիվ այլ հանցավոր սկանդալներում, որոնք առնչվում են բռնաբարություններին,
մարդկանց առևանգումներին և ծեծին: Այդուհանդերձ, նա օրերս վերանշանակվեց Սյունիքի
մարզպետի պաշտոնում:
