The migration of young people from Armenia contains serious threats and risks, a representative of the Armenian office of the UN Population Fund, Garik Hayrapetyan, said at today's press-conference. He said that today chiefly lifefull and gifted young people in the best reproductive age live Armenia. This circumstance affects extremely negatively development of the country in general, he added.
Referring to the data of the public opinion poll, he said that, in particular, 78,5% of young people would leave the country if they can and 36.8% - would leave Armenia forever. Against such a background, he also added that at present an active layer of youth is being formed in Armenia which are not indifferent to the destiny of the country.
