В 2015 году завершится строительство в
Ереване нового здания Цирка. Об этом на пресс-конференции 24 декабря сообщил
начальник Управлений госимуществом РА Арман Саакян.


По его словам, стоимость инвестиций
составляет 650 млн драмов ($1.6 млн, однако реальные инвестиции превысят эту
цифру в несколько раз. "Я уверен, что инвестиции в несколько раз превысят
плановый показатель, поскольку собственник вложил уже крупные средства в
разрушение здания и должен дополнительно инвестировать 560 млн драмов", -
сказал Саакян.


На вопрос корреспондента АрмИнфо кто
является собственником Цирка и он почему то не смог ответить, сославшись на коммерческую  тайну. Безответным остался и вопрос
относительно изначально маленькой стоимости инвестиционной программы.


Ранее
сообщалось о том, что собственником ереванского Цирка с весны 2011 года
является "Ташир Групп", принадлежащая крупному российскому
предпринимателю Самвелу Карапетну.


Напомним, что решением правительства РА
некоммерческая госорганизация "Государственный цирк Еревана" была
выставлена на открытый приватизационный конкурс по стартовой цене 100 млн
драмов. На конкурсной основе еще в 2008 году Цирк был продан трудовому
коллективу за 150 млн драмов. Тогда владелец обязался инвестировать в
модернизацию 650 млн драмов. Однако эти средства не были вложены в том числе и
плата за имущество, поскольку коллектив не смог изыскать подобные средства и
было решено продать предприятие во второй раз.
