 VTB Bank (Armenia) has once again taken the absolute lead in all parameters of brand awareness in Yerevan and 4 towns in marzes, according to a survey conducted by the IPM Research Institute for Polling and Marketing in the first half of 2014. 

The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) has told ArmInfo that the public opinion poll was conducted in Yerevan and 4 major towns of Armenia. A total of 1,200 respondents took part in the poll. The respondents were asked questions concerning the parameters of the top-of-mind awareness, including spontaneous (unaided) awareness, aided awareness and Marketing Asset Index. 

The results of the survey demonstrate that over the specified period VTB Bank (Armenia) was an absolute leader by all metrics of brand awareness in Yerevan and the towns in marzes.

VTB Bank (Armenia) retains its leading position among the Armenian banks. Furthermore, over the past year the indices of the summary spontaneous awareness of VTB Bank (Armenia) have risen both in Yerevan and towns in marzes. VTB Bank (Armenia) is also in the lead among the Armenian banks in terms of reliability. Most of the respondents named VTB Bank (Armenia) as the most reliable bank in Armenia.  Another important factor is the Marketing Asset Index, which also ensured VTB's leading position. The Bank's reliability and stability, as well as high-quality service and the competent staff are the main characteristics for formation of the general opinion about the Bank. The satisfaction with VTB Bank (Armenia) is also the highest among the Armenian banks.
