ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկիշը վերաբացել է ՙԹալին՚ և ՙԱխուրյան՚ մասնաճյուղերը

 Ս.թ. հուլիսի 25-ին տեղի ունեցավ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի` ժամանակակից լուծումներով և հաճախորդների հարմարավետ սպասարկման նպատակով  վերանորոգված 2 մասնաճյուղերի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը` “Ախուրյան” մասնաճյուղ` ք. Ախուրյան, Շրջկենտրոն, “Թալին” մասնաճյուղ` ք. Թալին, Շահումյան 1 հասցեներով:



Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, մասնաճյուղերում բացի վերանորոգման աշխատանքներից իրականացվել է նաև միջոցառումների մի ամբողջ փաթեթ, որոնք ուղղված էին հաճախորդների սպասարկման գործընթացների օպտիմալացմանը, աշխատավայրերի և սպասարկման գոտիների ամբողջական տեխնիկական վերազինմանը և արդիականացմանը, ինչպես նաև սրահի ներքին հարդարման համապատասխանեցում ՎՏԲ խմբի կորպորատիվ ոճին ու բրենդին:Բոլոր վերանորոգված մասնաճյուղերում տեղադրված է հերթերի կառավարման համակարգ, ստեղծվել են հաճախորդների սպասարկման առանձին գոտիներ` ըստ ծառայության և պրոդուկտի, ստեղծվել են նաև հաճախորդների անհատական սպասարկման առանձին գոտիներ:



ՙԱյսօր կայացավ Բանկի ևս երկու վերանորոգված մասնաճյուղերի բացումը, ինչը ՙԹալին՚ և ՙԱխուրյան՚ մասնաճյուղերի հաճախորդների համար կլինի լրացուցիչ խթան` սպասարկվելու առաջնակարգ բանկում: Մեր նպատակն է շարունակել մնալ քաղաքացիների վստահելի ֆինանսական գործընկերը ինչպես առօրյա հոգսերում ու գործերում, օրինակ` ծառայությունների վճարման, դրամական փոխանցումների հարցում, այնպես էլ կարևոր որոշումներում, ինչպիսին է վարկային ռեսուրսներով խոշոր գնումների կատարումը: Պրոդուկտների տեսականին առավելապես հաշվարկված է շրջանի շուկայի համար և ամբողջությամբ հաշվի է առնում նշված քաղաքների հաճախորդների պահանջները՚,-ասել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ` Յու. Վ. Գուսևը:



ՙԱխուրյան՚ ու ՙԹալին՚ մասնաճյուղերի հանդիսավոր բացմանը մասնակցեցին ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ղեկավարությունը, մարզի և քաղաքի վարչության ղեկավարների լիազոր ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, բիզնես շրջանակների, կրթության և մշակույթի ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ: 



Նշենք, որ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: ՙՎՏԲ Բանկ՚ ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է ՙՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ՚ ՓԲԸ  100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ Բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ:
