Բիզնես Փարթնր «Վարկ+» նոր ծառայությունը: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը
տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, իրավաբանական անձիք, ովքեր ունեն
ստացված վարկեր այլ բանկից կամ վարկային կազմակերպությունից և կարիք ունեն նոր
միջոցների ներգրավման առանց հավելյալ ժամանակ վատնելու, կարող են օգտվել 
ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿԻ նոր «Վարկ+» վարկավորումից:


 


Աղբյուրի համաձայն, առաջարկվող «Վարկ+»
վարկավորումն ունի հետևյալ առավելությունները. ֆինանսատնտեսական վերլուծություն
չի՛ կատարվում, որոշումը կայացվում է 1 ժամում, ամսական միևնույն գումարի
մուծման պայմանով տրամադրվում է լրացուցիչ վարկային միջոցներ, վարկի
տրմադրման համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթավորումը հասցված է նվազագույնի, վարկի արժույթը
փոխելու  հնարավորություն, գույքի
գնահատման և ապահովագրության ծախսերի բացակայություն:


 


ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿԻ «Վարկ+» վարկը
տրամադրվում է 12-72 ամիս տևողությամբ ՀՀ դրամով, ԱՄՆ դոլարով, եվրոյով, գումարի
առավելագույն չափը գրավային ապահովվածությամբ կազմում է` 14,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ,
35,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կամ 28,000 եվրո: Իսկ 
առանց գրավային ապահովվածության՝ 3,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ, 7,500 ԱՄՆ դոլար կամ
6,000 եվրո: Վարկը տրամադրվում է սկսած 8% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով:

Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի
Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿԸ վարկային պորտֆելի ծավալով 2014
թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանի բանկային շուկայում զբաղեցրել է երկրորդ
հորիզոնականը, տարեկան կտրվածքով մեծացնելով այս ցուցանիշը 7.5% - ով, մինչև 191.5
մլրդ դրամ: Բանկի կողմից երկրի տնտեսությանն ընդհանուր առմամբ ուղղվել է 70.8 մլրդ
դրամի վարկային միջոցներ, որոնք կազմում են վարկային պորտֆելի 37% - ը: 2014-ի
ապրիլի 1 –ի դրությամբ Բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալը կազմել է 53 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան
կտրվածքով աճելով 4.5%: Այս ցուցանիշով բանկը հանդիսանում է շուկայի առաջատարը: Իր
ակտիվներով բանկը գտնվում է առաջատարների հնգյակում, ապահովելով տարեկան 4.6% աճ,
մինչև 264,6 մլրդ դրամ: Բանկի զուտ շահույթը 2013 թվականին կազմել է 5.1 մլրդ
դրամ, տարեկան աճը`24.4%:


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ « ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ» ՓԲԸ
Հայաստանում գործում է 1995 թվականից: 2006 թվականի սեպտեմբերից, բանկի
մեծամասնական բաժնետերն է Եվրոպայի խոշորագույն բանկային Credit Agricole SA
խումբը, որի մասնաբաժինը բանկի կապիտալում կազմում է 15,56%, որից հետո ամենամեծ
մասնակցությունն ունի SJSC «Sacam International» բաժնետիրական
ընկերությունը` 12,44%, որի հետ միասին բանկի կապիտալին մասնակցում են նաև
գյուղական փոխօգնության շրջանային 10 Միություններ: Ներկայումս բանկն ունի 49
մասնաճյուղ, որից 11-ը գտնվում են Երևանում, իսկ 38–ը` մարզերում, ապահովելով
բանկի ներկայությունը Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում:
