ID-քարտեր ունեցող հաճախորդները ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկում կստանան ավելի արագ գործառնական սպասարկում

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան
Բանկի հաճախորդները, որոնք որպես անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ կներկայացնեն ՀՀ
նույնականացման քարտեր, այսուհետ կսպասարկվեն հատուկ սարքերի միջոցով, որոնք
կարդում են ID-քարտերի տվյալները  (ID-card
reader-ներ): Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի
ծառայությունից, սարքերը նախատեսված են հաճախորդների սպասարկման բարելավման ու
ժամանակի տնտեսման համար ինչպես բանկային գործարքներ կատարելիս (տեղական և
միջազգային փոխանցումներ, փոխանցումներ պետբյուջե), այնպես էլ քարտեր, վարկեր ու
ավանդներ ձևակերպելիս, որի ընթացքում հաճախորդների տվյալները հաշված վայրկյանների
ընթացքում ավտոմատ կերպով կմուտքագրվեն բանկային համակարգ առանց ձեռքով
մուտքագրելու:


 


Աղբյուրի համաձայն, նույնականացման քարտերի տվյալներ
կարդացող սարքեր տեղադրված են ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի բոլոր մասնաճյուղերում: ID-քարտը
հաճախորդի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ է, որը պարունակում է բանկերում տարբեր
գործարքներ կատարելու համար անհրաժեշտ ողջ ինֆորմացիան:


 


«Մենք ձգտում ենք ապահովել հաճախորդների
բարձրակարգ սպասարկումը և կատարում ենք ևս մեկ քայլ ծառայությունների տրամադրման
կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ նույնականացման քարտերը
Հայաստանում աստիճանաբար մտնում են շրջանառության մեջ, մենք վերազինել ենք բանկի
մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ID-card reader-ներով, որպեսզի մեր հաճախորդների սպասարկման
ընթացքը լինի ավելի արդյունավետ ու արագ»,-ասել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր
տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Գուսևը:


 


Նշենք, որ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային
ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է
«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ 100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը
հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային
համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն
մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ:
