Turkey and Azerbaijan have been invited to the session of BSEC Council to be held on 12 December in Yerevan.
As press-secretary of Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan told Arminfo correspondent, all the members of BSEC without exclusion were invited to participate in the BSEC Council session.
To recall, the 28th session of BSEC foreign ministers Council was held on 21 June in Odessa. During the event, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian took chairmanship for six months, till 31 December 2013.
BSEC was founded on 25 June 1992 in Istanbul. The Declaration of the summit of 11 states and governments was adopted that time - Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Serbia joined BSEC in 2004.
