Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունից գործարար պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին խոստացել է այսուհետ աշխատել հարկային դաշտում, այսօր ՀՀԿ համագումարից առաջ լրագրողներին հայտարարել է Աբրահամյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանի գործարարների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում Ալեքսանյանը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է ՙմաքուր՚ աշխատել և հարկային դաշտ մտնել, եթե բոլոր գործարարները նույն կերպ վարվեն: ՙՆա խոստացել է ՙմաքուր՚ աշխատել, և ինձ չի հետաքրքրում, թե ինչ է եղել մինչ այդ, ինձ հետաքրքրում է, թե ինչ է լինելու այսուհետ, այսինքն`բոլոր գործարարները պետք է աշխատեն հարկային դաշտում՚,- նշել է վարչապետը: Նա նաև ասել է, որ Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը շարունակում է հանդիպումները գործարարների հետ`փորձելով պարզել, թե ինչ հարթությունում են նրանք աշխատում:

Մայիսի 16-ին պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարել է, որ պաշտոնական տվյալներով 2014 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանը, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ, հանրապետական պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող շաքարի գործարանն արտադրել է 0 կգ շաքարավազ: Դրա փոխարեն Հայաստան է ներկրվել 30 հազար տոննա շաքարի հումք: ՙԴա խոսում է այն մասին, որ գործարար պատգամավոր Ալեքսանյանը և նրան պատկանող ձեռնարկությունը, գործարքի մեջ մտնելով կառավարությնա հետ, շաքարի հումքի անվան տակ Հայաստան են ներկրում շաքար, քանի որ շաքարի մաքսատուրքը կազմում է 10%, իսկ շաքարի հումքինը` զրո տոկոս է: Ստացվում է, որ կառավարությունն ու նրան մոտ կանգնած օլիգարխները բյուջեի հաշվին վաստակել են 2.9 մլն.դոլար: Ոչ ոք դեմ չէ, որպեսզի Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը կամ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը լինեն այնքան ճարպիկ, որպեսզի ձեռքի թեթև շարժումով աշխատեն միլիոններ: Խնդիրն այն է, որոր դա արվում է քաղաքացիների հաշվին՚- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը: Նրա խոսքով, եթե կառավարոթյունը պայքարում է ստվերային տնտեսության դեմ, ապա չպետք է ինքը ստեղծի դա:
