Russia thinks the military contacts of Baku and Yerevan may be continued. The matter does not concern meetings at a high level, Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich says. Lukashevich says that no preparation of such a meeting is being spoken about yet. Nevertheless, he does not rule out continuation of contacts between Baku and Yerevan. "The matter will most likely concern continuation of contacts between servicemen," he says. He notes that the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs may come out with a report on the situation in Karabakh. "On April 20, the co-chairs visited the Chairperson-in-Office and reported the situation. On April 6-9, they paid a visit to the region. They are expected to come out with a report on further actions," he says.
